We went for a BBQ session at Labrador Park, it is meant to be a farewell party for Epi.
On Saturday morning, Sarah and Mama went over to Great Auntie's place to help with the preparation. Mama and Auntie Jen were busying working in the kitchen, they wanted to make a cheesecake for Nic as his birthday cake. Sarah was busy as well, busy eating.
She had a great time 'helping' out in the kitchen.
She did help Mama to beat the cheese cake mixture though!
We set off for Labrador Park in the late afternoon, Sarah was very excited upon arrival at the park, she loves the greenery and wide open space.
While Sarah was busy posing for photographs, Papa and everyone were busy unloading the food and stuffs.
She was still posing for the camera.
After everything was uploaded, we started walking to our pit.
Everyone helped and carried something.
Sarah was being over ambitious by wanting to carry her diaper bag.
The pit crew got working straight away.
While the pit crew were setting up the fire, Sarah had already started her feasting.
Papa showing off his powers!
Sarah was in love with the trolley, Auntie Jen had to push her in it around the house, now it's Papa's turn to push her around the park.
Meanwhile, the flame had been raised, Great Uncle Alan and Epi were cooking the food.
Papa and Sarah sharing pointers over the operations of a trolley.
They decided work as a team and push it together,
but not for long.
She did gave Papa a fair deal though, she gave Papa a ride in return.
Later Mama came over to join us and took over the trolley.
After she had her fun with the trolley, she join Great Auntie Susan for a song and dance. "Head and shoulders, knees and toes...."
"Smoke Raise!"
Our birthday boy, Nic.
Sarah joining in the family shoot of the Nic's family.
Below are two shots of us taken by Great Uncle Alan, the twilight background is beautiful.
Sarah always enjoy the company of Uncle Nic.
We had a great time at the BBQ, good food, great company and beautiful environment. A cooler weather would have been perfect though!

Oh wow, BBQ at Labrador Park looks amazing. Everyone had a brilliant time from kids to the adults. I also would be hosting the pizza party soon at one of the garden themed LA event venues for my husband’s upcoming birthday. I am sure it is going to be a successful bash.
