A moment with grandma, 外婆

Brought Sarah to visit grandma and uncle on their anniversary. This is her second visit to their grave.

We brought fresh flowers for them and Sarah was very excited to see the flowers, so we let her hold on to one of the bouquets as we walked towards the tomb.

There she is, helping Mama to lay the bouquet.

We are still amazed by how she developed an immediate closeness with grandma, when we told her to sayang 婆婆, she went over and put her hands over 婆婆's photo.

This is when we told her to give 婆婆 a hug. She can be such a sweet angel at times.

In this picture, she was calling out ‘婆婆’ after we taught her a couple of times.


Finally before we left, she gave 婆婆 a hi-five!
