Children's Day 2009

Children's Day, which means its holiday for Sarah as the school closes and its papa's birthday as well.

Today, mama flo gave the family a lunch treat at two chefs eating place, 双厨菜馆.

We finally got to taste the legendary butter ribs, it is as good as all the reviews said it would be. The butter flakes are crispy and melts in the mouth, the ribs are soft and tender yet not oily.
We had salad prawn as well, the serving was generous and the prawns were fresh. However, the batter wasn't crispy enough though.
Golden mushroom beancurd, another recommended dish, the gravy was good but apart from that, was nothing special.
Tri-colour spinach, a very unique dish, combination of three different eggs, normal egg, salted egg and century egg. It tastes wonderful.
We had so much good food, but Sarah's favourite was the curry puff that mama bought for breakfast!

Papa's birthday present this year is a speedlight for his DSLR! Thanks Mama!
